| Our On-line system provides our customers the flexibility to submit and/or manage applications anytime, 24/7, excluding preventative maintenance periods and unforseen/unavoidable system downtime. |

| In addition to applying on-line, you can do the following after becoming a registered user: |

- Track the progress of submitted items with new tracking tools.
- Review the history of current and past permit applications.
- Take advantage of the enhanced features (i.e., validations, lookups and calculations) while entering your application.

| NOTE: The Panagon Viewer must be downloaded in order to view imaged documents, and the Java Virtual Machine must be downloaded in order to view process diagrams. Both can be found on the Sonris Downloads page. |
